OUT OF HOURS EMERGENCY SERVICE

We operate a 24-hour, emergency service.

If you have an emergency breakdown, out of our normal office hours, please ring the above number and have the following information ready for our Operator:

1.  Your Company name and address
2.  Equipment and location
3.  Nature of emergency
4.  Your name and the telephone number we can reach you on.
5.  Site contact name and telephone number (if different from 4 above).

Our duty engineer will be notified promptly of the emergency and will then telephone you or site (following the instructions you have given) to confirm the details and to advise of their estimated time of arrival.

Please be aware of our Standard Emergency Call Out Charge of £150.OO. This will be added to the cost of the time spent on site. The return trip to our offices in North London will also be charged.

If your call is not an emergency but you require service during normal working hours, please leave your message to that effect, and our engineer will be with you as soon as possible.

Please be assured all messages will be actioned promptly.

Our normal office hours are 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.
